Ingredients
3/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cup peach nectar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preparation
Heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic 5 minutes. Add nectar, sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil and reduce (about 15 minutes). Add all other ingredients except lime juice. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice. Cool and puree in food processor.
