Ingredients

1 pound thin spaghetti

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup toasted sesame oil

3 teaspoons grated ginger

3 cloves garlic, crushed

¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 scallions, cut into thin slices

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. While pasta is cooking, whisk together all other ingredients except scallions.

  3. Drain pasta well, put back into still warm (but dry) cooking pot, and pour sauce over.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Allow to cool

  6. Sprinkle scallions over to serve.
