Ingredients

1 lb. thin spaghetti

1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 inch piece fresh ginger, finely grated

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 thinly sliced scallions

Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. While pasta is cooking, wisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, crusched red pepper, ginger and garlic. Drain spaghetti well. Pour sauce over, mixing very well.

Chill.

Sprinkle scallions over right before serving
