Ingredients
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 small head napa cabbage (1 1/4-1 1/2 lb)cut into 2" pieces
Preparation
Mix vinegar, sugar, soy and red pepper in a small bowl, set aside Place a wok or frying pan over high heat, add oil. Add cabbage and stir fry until cabbage begins to wilt (2-3 min). Add vinegar mixture and mix well. Serve warm or at room temperature
