Ingredients

1lb 80/20 ground chuck

6 slices of bacon

1 cup of shredded cheddar

1 med. size red onion

3-4 cloves garlic

3 tbsp of pickled jalapeños

3/4 cup BBQ sauce

Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

1 package onion soup mix

Season Salt (Tony Chachere)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ground beef in a mixing bowl.

  2. Cook the bacon halfway through and cut into small pieces (preferably diced).

  3. Dice the onion, garlic and jalapeños.

  4. Add all to the mixing bowl (including cheese, onion soup and BBQ sauce).

  5. Add Sriracha to your liking.

  6. Mix thoroughly by hand.

  7. Form approx. 6-8 patties to your liking. I like them on the thicker side (maybe 3/4" or so).

  8. Cut sweet rolls in half to form a bun.

  9. Place patties on grill and Sprinkle with Tony Chachere’s.

  10. Grill sliders making sure bacon is cooked all the way through.

  11. Lightly toast buns over open grill.

  12. Remove and serve.
