                        cans (6 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (5 Count)

cup butter, melted

1

tablespoon orange juice

1/3

cup red pepper jelly

1/3

lb thinly sliced cooked honey ham (from deli)

4

oz (half of 8-oz round) Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 10 pieces

Preparation

Heat oven to 400°F. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On ungreased cookie sheet, place biscuits 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

In small bowl, mix melted butter and orange juice. Immediately brush mixture on hot biscuits.

Set oven control to broil. Split warm biscuits. Spread pepper jelly on cut sides of biscuits. Divide ham among biscuit bottoms; top each with 1 cheese piece. Return to cookie sheet.

Broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cover with biscuit tops. Serve immediately.
