Ingredients

2 ripe Avacados

1 diced Jalapeno Pepper, with seeds removed

1 medium ripe tomato, diced

3 tablespoons lime juice

3 cloves minced or crushed garlic

¼ cup chopped onion

½ tablespoon kosher salt (can add more to taste if you prefer)

½ tablespoon ground Cumin

Preparation

Add all items to food processor or blender and pulse until combined. You can add more salt to taste if you prefer.

Transfer to bowl and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top to prevent oxidation and refrigerate. Sever with your favorite Mexican dish or with chips and salsa! ENJOY!
