Ingredients
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 Lb shelled shrimp (raw)
1 cup sliced fresh ginger
1 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup lime
1 lb fresh snow peas - cleaned and trimmed
Preparation
Put broth into pan and add sliced Ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out ginger. Add shrimp and snow peas. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cayenne and lime. Serve.
