Ingredients
2 cans yellow and white extra sweet corn
4 oz. green chilies, chopped
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, chopped
1/4 t. jalapeno powder
1/4 t. garlic salt with parsley
1/2 t. chili powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least a couple of hours before serving. It really does get spicier after mingling.
