Ingredients

3/4 cup ketchup 

3 tablespoons finely grated fresh horseradish, plus more to taste 

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

A few dashes of hot sauce (optional) 

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 

Preparation

In a bowl, stir together first four ingredients; season generously with salt and pepper. Stir in more horseradish, a little at a time, to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
