Ingredients

1 can tuna

1 stalk celery finely chopped

1 small grated carrot

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons dill relish

2 tablespoons mayo

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Mix everything together in a small bowl and serve in a sandwich with lettuce and tomato, on crackers, or on a salad!
