Ingredients
6 Flour Tortillas
1 1b Ground beef
1/4 cup diced Green pepper
1/4 cup diced Red pepper
1/4 cup diced Sweet onion
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 oz Tomato Sauce
1 cup Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa optional
Preparation
Flour tortillas should be room temperature.
In a 10 inch non-stick skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and chop into small pieces. Add green peppers, red peppers, sweet onions, chili powder,and salt. Cook mixture until ground beef is done. Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove for heat and add finely shredded cheese.
Take one tortillas and add beef mixture toward one end of the tortillas, and roll. Serve with sour cream. Salsa optional.
