Ingredients
1 small can tomato sauce
3 tbs Chili Powder
2 tbs Cumin
1 tbs Paprika
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Black Pepper
1-3 pinches sugar
1 can diced tomatoes pureed
1/4 onion pureed in blender
1/2 small jalapeno pureed with onion in blender
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 pack sazon seasoning
Preparation
In a frying pan, fill bottom of pan with the vegetable oil and get it hot. Then add tomato puree, stand back it will splatter and fry in the oil, turn down the heat to medium-high, and add the jalapeno and onion puree. Cook together for 1-2 minutes, then add all the seasoning, and the tomato sauce. Salt to taste.
Use with Enchiladas, Tacos, Rice, Burritos, as a sauce on the side.
