Ingredients

1 cup sour cream 

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sambal oelek 

Coarse salt

Preparation

Stir together sour cream and sambal oelek in a bowl, then season with salt. Dip can be refrigerated up to 2 days before serving.
