Ingredients

1 Whole Cabbage

Vegetable Oil

Salt

Pepper

Fettuccini Pasta

Preparation

Grate 1 whole cabbage. Salt to sweat it. After 30 min, squeeze out water from cabbage. In a pan, with enough oil to saute it till golden brown. Cook Fettucini noodles and once pasta is cooked, drain and mix well with sauteed cabbage. Add Salt and Black pepper to taste. Eat with a glass of Red Wine. Bon Appetit!
