Ingredients
1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cilantro coarsely
1 jalapeno chopped
4 green onions chopped
1 Tbls vinegar
Splash of white vinegar
Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand at room temparature for at least one hour, stirring occasionally. To serve warm simply heat in a saucepan over low heat.
