Ingredients

7 large seas scallops, quartered

10 slices bacon

1 cup barbeque sauce

hot sauce to taste, your favorite

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Cut each bacon strip into thirds. Combine the barbeque sauce and hot sauce to taste. Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop quarter and secure with a toothpick. Place a rack in a foil-lined 15x10x1 inch baking sheet. Place the scallops on the rack and bake for 16-18 minutes, until the bacon is crisp. Brush with barbeque sauce mixture and bake another 3-4 minutes.
