Ingredients

1 cucumber

1 jalapeno pepper

1 cup fresh soy sauce

Preparation

1.Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Cut the slices into quarters. 2.Finely chop the entire jalapeno with the seeds. 3.Put the cucumber and jalapeno into a serving bowl and pour the soy over the top. 4.Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes and serve.
