Ingredients

1 large shrimp

1 cup packed fresh basil

3 garlic cloves

1/2 Tablespoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Clean, devein and dry shrimp. Set aside. Mix next 4 ingredients in a blender. Drizzle in the olive oil until it is a consistancy slightly thinner than pesto sauce. Skewer the shrimp and place them on a plate. Liberally coat with the skewers with the sauce and grill for approximately 2 minutes per side. Remove from skewers, serve and enjoy.
