Ingredients

16 Chicken Wings, seperated

Juice of 4 oranges

Zest of 1 orange

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon Ginger, minced

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Canola Oil

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Combine all ingredients in a zip top bag and marinate for at least 2 hours. Remove wings and discard marinade. Grill over medium high heat until juices run clear. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
