Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes or yams

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp cinnamon

1 small pinch ground rosemary

Preparation

  1. Wash and prep sweet potatoes leaving skin on. (Remove ends)
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  3. Slice potatoes into sticks and place in large bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, toss with a spoon to mix.
  5. Place sticks onto a cookie sheet in a single layer.
  6. Place into oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, flip, and return to oven
  8. Bake another 10 to 20 minutes until they are brown and tender.
  9. Serve soon after removing from oven.
