Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes or yams
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 small pinch ground rosemary
Preparation
- Wash and prep sweet potatoes leaving skin on. (Remove ends)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice potatoes into sticks and place in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, toss with a spoon to mix.
- Place sticks onto a cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Place into oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, flip, and return to oven
- Bake another 10 to 20 minutes until they are brown and tender.
- Serve soon after removing from oven.
