Ingredients

16 oz. pumpkin puree

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

2 eggs

1.5 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Whisk all ingredients in bowl till smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 15 min.

  2. Reduce to 350 and continue baking 35-40 more min. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
