Ingredients
2 cups pecans, pieces and halves
2 tablespoons Creole seafood seasoning
2 tablespoons Louisiana hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix pecans, Creole seafood seasoning, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire. Spread on a baking sheet and roast, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry and crispy, about 30-45 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Store in covered container.
