Ingredients
1/2 c Chai-flavoured soy beverage (I used Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protein)
1/2c plain yogurt
4-5 slices frozen peaches (I used Europe’s Best)
Preparation
Plunk everything into a blender, or use the plastic canister that typically comes with a stick blender, along with the blender, and blitz everything into a smooth mass.
OPTIONAL: drizzle in a bit of maple syrup or honey if not sweet enough.
