Ingredients

2 tablespoons light-brown sugar 

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

2 cups mixed raw nuts 

Preparation

Combine sugar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Stir in nuts to coat. Bake at 300 degrees on a rimmed baking sheet until toasted, about 20 minutes. Stir and let cool.
