Ingredients

2 1/4 cups pear or apple cider

1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1 T. dark brown sugar

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. nutmeg

pinch of salt

2 Bosc pears or Braeburn apples, peeled, cored and diced in large chunks

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook overnight on low (8-9 hours). Stir and serve.
