cups cranberry-apple drink

cinnamon stick (3 inch)

teaspoon whole cloves

large unpeeled orange, sliced

unpeeled lemon, sliced

Preparation

In 4-quart Dutch oven, heat all ingredients just to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.

Into heatproof bowl, strain cider through fine-mesh strainer; discard spices and citrus slices. Ladle cider into mugs; serve warm.
