Ingredients
1 pound clarified butter
1/2 medium onion, course chop
1 garlic clove, minced
1 3-inch piece of ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cardamon seeds
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
8 basil leaves
Preparation
Heat butter and add onions, garlic, ginger, fenugreek, cumin, cardimon, oregano, turmeric, and basil. Cook 15 minutes. Strain.
