Ingredients
-8oz flank steak
-2oz hot sauce
-1oz olive oil
-2 garlic cloves,minced
-salt & pepper
-1/2 red onion, sliced in rounds
-1 tomatoe,plum quartered
-2oz chick peas,canned
-2oz gorgonzola,crumbled
-2oz roasted red pepper,sliced
-5oz field greens
-1 lemon
-1oz olive oil
-salt & pepper
Preparation
- take flank steak and marinate with oil, garlic and hot sauce
- grill steak 4 minutes per side(top with more hot sauce if you want it spicier), put on side
- in mixing bowl add nexy 6 items
- slice beef on bias, add to bowl
- squeeze half lemon on salad, add oil ….and pinch of salt and pepper…. toss lightly
- mound on plate and serve with crusty bread
