Ingredients
1 cup white spelt flour
1 cup whole grain spelt flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2/3 cup grapeseed oil
1/2 cup agave syrup
2 large bananas, mashed
3 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Beat wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Gentle combine wet and dry ingredients, do not overmix.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing
