Ingredients

1 cup ketchup 

1/4 cup apple-cider vinegar 

2 tablespoons light-brown sugar 

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 

2 teaspoons smoked paprika 

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, covered and stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 1 week.
