Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup dry red wine
2/3 cup water
2 (12 oz.) packages fresh cranberries, washed and drained
Preparation
Dissolve sugar in the orange juice, red wine and water. Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the cranberries. Reduce heat and boil gently, stirring occasionally, until popping stops. Remove from the heat. Cool and refrigerate.
