Ingredients

1/4 lb plus 1 tblsp sweet butter

1 c sugar

3 eggs (beaten light)

1 1/4 c sour cream

3 tps baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

3 c sifted flour

FILLING:

1/2 c white sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cocoa

1 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Beat til smooth. Sift soda, baking powder and flour into mixture. Stir til well blended. Trun 1/2 batter into well-greased tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 filling. Pour remaining batter, then remaining filling. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
