Ingredients

10 oz calvados, applejack or apple brandy

4 oz ginger brandy, ginger cordial or ginger syrup

Juice of 4 Meyer lemons

Ice cubes

32 oz sparkling cider, chilled

8 pieces (about 2 oz) crystallized ginger or lemon twists

Preparation

In a pitcher, stir together calvados, ginger brandy and juice. Divide among 8 chilled glasses filled halfway with ice. Top each with sparkling cider, and garnish with ginger.
