Ingredients

9 medium ripe plums (about 2 1/2 pounds), pitted, plus wedges for garnish 

5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons) 

1 cup Ginger Syrup for Summer Coolers 

1 cup seltzer, chilled 

Preparation

Place the plums in a juice extractor, and process to extract all juice.

Transfer the plum juice to a large pitcher, and stir in the lemon juice, ginger syrup, and seltzer. Fill pitcher with ice. Garnish with plum wedges, and serve.
