Ingredients
1/2 cup sparkling cider, such as Martinelli’s
3/4 cup Guinness stout
1 lemon wedge
Preparation
Pour cider into a pint glass. Slowly pour stout over the back of a spoon into glass to create a darker layer on top. Squeeze and drop lemon wedge into glass. Serve immediately.
