Ingredients
Spare Ribs, either Country or regular ribs.
1 lg. package of Sauerkraut
4 - 5 potatoes quartered
1 lg. onion chopped up
1 bottle of beer
Preparation
Sear the ribs, remove from pot. Saute onions and scrap up bits on the bottom of pot. Add potatoes and return ribs to the pot. Add the beer, cover and place in the oven, 325 degrees for 45 min - 1 hr.
Serve with dark bread or good rye bread.
