Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Hamburger or Turkey

1 sweet onion

2 cups of white rice or any other type you wish

1 Can of tomato Juice

1 can of canned or real tomatoes

water

Preparation

First put the hamburger and onions in a frying pan and cook until done.

Second Cook the rice until done according to instructions on the package.

Third mix the hamburger, rice, tomato juice and tomatoes into a pot and heat on medium until it is hot.

Season with salt and/or pepper to taste.
