Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice

2 2/3 c. water

1 tsp. salt

1 lb. ground beef

1 qt. tomatoes, blended

2 Tbsp. vinegar

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Put rice, water and salt in large saucepan and bring to a boil and boil for 14 minutes. Take off heat stir and replace lid. Let stand for 6 minutes.

Brown ground beef and chopped celery until ground beef is cooked. Mix tomatoes vinegar, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and add to ground beef mixture. Cook down a bit. Add rice. Cook until heated through.
