Ingredients
1 cup of rice
tablespoon of oil
1 pod of garlic
half an onion
half a green pepper
2 cups of water
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
in medium fry pan add oil and rice, fry till lightly browned. add minced garlic, chopped onion and sliced green pepper, lightly cook about four minutes. add 2 cups of water, tomato sauce and salt and pepper. cook cover till rice is tender.
