Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds small, red new potatoes 

1/2 cup Romesco Sauce 

Chopped parsley 

Preparation

Steam or boil 1 1/2 pounds small red new potatoes until easily pierced with the tip of a knife.

Drain, halve, and toss with 1/2 cup room-temperature Romesco Sauce; garnish with chopped parsley.
