6 potatoes

2 onions

10 eggs

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes till soft around the edges.

  2. Cut potatoes into slices (medium thickness)

  3. Fry chopped onions in some oil

  4. Add potatoes.

  5. Wisk the eggs

  6. When the potatoes are soft and onions are brown, remove from heat and add contents of pan into the wisked eggs.

  7. let stand for 20 min

  8. add oil to pan and add the potatoes, onions and eggs into pan.

  9. once that side is cooked, flip the omelette over.
