Ingredients
1 box Phyllo Dough
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c mozzarella
2 sticks of butter, melted
dry dill
1/3 package of feta cheese (package)
1 10oz box of spinach, thawed and drain well
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
2 eggs
Preparation
- Saute onions and allow them to cool
- Combine all ingredients except butter and phyllo
- Butter the phyllo and put moist towel on unused dough
- Take other piece of phyllo and butter that. Put on top of other phyllo
- Put 5 tsps fuill of stuffing on sheet
- Cut four strips and fold each piece into flags
- Butter the top and place on Pyrex (which should be spayed with SPAM)
- Cook at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes)
