Ingredients

1 c melted butter

1 onion, chopped

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 lb feta cheese, crumbled

1 lb cottage cheese

2 packs frozen spinach

1/4 c farina

6 eggs, beaten

salt, pepper

1 lb fillo dough

Preparation

Saute onion and green onions in until golden 1/2 cup of the butter. Combine feta, cottage cheese, drained spinach, and farina in large bowl. Stir in onion mixture. Add eggs gradually, stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Prepare a 12 by 18" pan by buttering sides and bottom. Place 1 or 2 sheets fillo in bottom. Pour spinach mixture over fillo. Fold approx 5 sheets on top, brushin each one with melted butter. Score, or actually pre-cut into squares beofre puting into 325 oven. Cook for approx. 45 minutes
