Ingredients

5 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons malt vinegar

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 can (12-oz.) SPAM Oven Roasted Turkey, grated

Preparation

Stir the first 9 ingredients together in a small bowl. Using the largest holes (6mm) of a 4-sided box grater, grate the turkey into a larger bowl. Pour dressing mixture over grated turkey and thoroughly combine using spatula or spoon. Cover and chill overnight or at least 3 hours before serving. Suggestion: Add minced onion or celery, if desired.

Note: I use a box grater because of the simplicity and ease of clean up. It results in a smooth spread when combined with the dressing. When there are remaining turkey chunks too small to grate, I simply mince with a knife and add to the grated turkey.
