Ingredients
olive oil
black pepper
spaghettini
aged, sharp goat cheese or sheep’s milk cheese, shredded
Preparation
Heat some olive oil in a pan with lots of freshly ground black pepper. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain. Put the cheese into the pan, then add the pasta. Toss quickly and serve with a drop or two of the olive oil on top. This is a slightly dry, sharp-tasting dish.
