Ingredients
3/4 pd pasta
4 tbsn olive oil
3 tbsn finely sliced garlic
1/2 tspn red pepper flakes
sea salt
2 tbpn Italian parsely
4 tbpn pecorino romano cheese
Preparation
Boil pasta then heat 2 tbpn olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and saute until soft and starting to brown. Add pepper flacks, parsley and .5 cup pasta water. Drain pasta, add to skillet with heat on high, when water is absorbed add remaining 2 tbsn olive oil and 2 tbsn cheese. Put in serving bowl then add remaining cheese.
