Ingredients
0.5 lb spaghetti
1 t olive oil
1 bunch green onions chopped
0.5 c walnuts
1 mango chopped
0.5 c light sour cream
0.5 lb gorgonzola cheese
Preparation
heat olive oil in large frying pan add onion and saute gently over a low heat they are tender and lightly colored add the sour cream together with the gorgonzola, stir well stir in mango, simmer over low heat cook spaghetti in salted water brown the walnuts in a small frying pan drain pasta when done, toss with a little oil top with sauce and walnuts
