Ingredients

spaghetti for 2

one large chopped onion

6 big mushrooms chopped

1 cup brocolli, chopped in bite size pieces

2 garlic cloves chopped fine

can of mushroom soup

1/2 cup half and half cream

Preparation

Cook spaghetti in pot in boiling water until el dente. Strain, set aside. In frying pain, saute chopped onions, mushrooms, garlic and brocolli. when slightly cooked..add one can of mushroom soup, add half and half cream to make a thick sauce. Pour over spaghetti and serve.
