Ingredients

1/2 ham - cubed

2-3 tbs. butter

1 tb. basil

2 fresh tomatoes (or small can of whole peeled tomatoes)

2 cups heavy cream

1 lb. of spaghetti

Preparation

fry ham in butter until crisp and brown add basil peel tomatoes, remove seeds and chop fine add to ham and cook until paste add cream and cook until sauce thicken or add constarch to thicken more quickly serv with hot, cooked spaghetti and crusty italian bread
